U.S. Navy destroyers shot down Houthi missiles and drones for the second time in a month, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) stated Tuesday.

The usStockdale (DDG 106) and USS O’Kane (DDG 77) efficiently defeated a spread of Houthi-launched weapons whereas transiting the Gulf of Aden on Dec. 9 and 10, the Navy stated.

The ships have been escorting U.S. owned and operated service provider vessels once they efficiently engaged and defeated a number of one-way assaults, uncrewed aerial techniques and one anti-ship cruise missile.
